OUR APPROACH
The most important factor in operating a school is to demonstrate effectiveness. Our main goal is to make sure each student that encounters our program will progress in all areas of development. We must instill discipline in all our teachers to ensure that they are effectively planning their instruction and observing students to make sure we conquer all our goals. They must understand the importance of our commitment to each family that enters DMI Prep and promise to release each student ready to become active well-rounded citizens who will be able to accomplish any goal they set forth.
THE SCHOOL
DMI Prep has been a part of the community of Bensonhurst for over 10 years and has learned the importance of organizational capacity as our corporation continues to grow. Our company has roles and responsibilities that are formalized, clear and balance each other. The responsibilities are in place for every team member to address the needs of our students and families. We can diagnose capacity assets and challenges and create capacity building goals. The school receives a trimonthly assessment report. The trimonthly assessment is a tool we use four times a year to assess the school’s performance. Every team member will take the assessment to conduct a successful evaluation.
